Shopping with relvonax: Frequently Asked Questions
Placing Your Order
Choose the product you want and add it to your shopping basket. When you are ready to purchase:
- Open checkout and select your preferred available payment method.
- Enter your name, email address, and delivery details.
- Apply any valid discount code.
- Review your items and check your delivery address.
- Complete payment to submit your order.
A confirmation email containing your order details will follow once your order has been successfully placed.

Finding Your Order Confirmation
We send your confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout after you complete your purchase.
If it has not appeared in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, contact service@relvonax.com for help.
Making Changes to an Existing Order
Please email service@relvonax.com as soon as possible if you need to amend your order information.
Changes can only be requested before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, we may be unable to make further amendments.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact service@relvonax.com promptly, before your order enters processing.
Cancellation may no longer be possible once fulfilment or preparation for dispatch has started.
Receiving an Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Order
If an item is wrong, arrives damaged, or is missing from your delivery, please notify our support team as soon as possible at service@relvonax.com.
To help us review the issue, include:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the items received;
- Details of what is incorrect, damaged, or missing.

Editing Your Shopping Basket
You can adjust your selection at any time before completing checkout:
